The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable after a long day of work. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with useful information about the local area. They went above and beyond to assist me with a personal emergency. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool where I could relax and unwind.

The room maintenance was not up to par. There were crumbs on the floor and bugs found under the mattresses.

I recently stayed at Surestay Hotel By Best Western in downtown Helen for a short getaway. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of town on front street. Everything was within walking distance, from tubing to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the heated pool was a delightful bonus. Despite initial hesitation about it being a motel, I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

I loved the amazing pillows and mattress in my spacious and clean room. The heated pool was perfect for my little ones, and the hotel's location allowed me to walk to most everything in town, including the shops on the main street and the bridge overlooking the Chattahoochee river. The staff was friendly, and they even mailed me back my forgotten devotional book.

This hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Plus, the price for a King room on the first floor was unbeatable! As adventure travelers, we loved the convenience of being close to everything.

We loved being able to walk everywhere from this place! It was so convenient to explore all the must-see sights, service shops, and commercial services. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, watching the beautiful views and relaxing in the cozy room. the friendly staff from the front desk to housekeepers were wonderful, and the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center were top-notch.

Although the bathroom was a bit small, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with excellent service and fantastic leisure facilities. We had a great time here and would definitely come back, thanks to the friendly staff, amazing amenities, and proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Located near popular area attractions such as the fest hall for events like Oktoberfest, the launching area for the Balloon Race and many shops. The room was equipped with enough towels, and the cleaning lady was attentive.

The bathtub was not clean, and we noticed hairs and dirt around the tub.

The hotel was a great value for money, with prices that were very reasonable. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and tidy rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the must-see sights.
