The room at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam was very large and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the housekeeping was excellent, ensuring the room was much cleaner within the next couple of hours, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

The bathroom was also flooded with blocked drains, as per the hotel's explanation. This minor issue slightly affected the overall experience.

Fabulous location, direct route to the hotel from the airport and train station across the canal. Excellent workout facility and pool. Very modern and nice bathroom with a great shower. Hotel staff excellent and upgraded to a better room without requesting it. Well-located with nice rooms and excellent staff. Free baby bed provided and concierge assisted with luggage.

The room was clean, a good size, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel facilities were more than sufficient for our needs.

My stay at Park Plaza was fantastic! I was in Amsterdam for a few days and the hotel was perfect for my needs. The breakfast menu was well balanced and offered a great variety. The location, right across from Central Terminal, made it incredibly convenient to get to and from the airport. The staff, especially Desk Manager Ine Geurts, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The design of the hotel, from the classy bar to the stylish lobby bathroom, was truly impressive. The small swimming pool and sauna were a wonderful way to relax after a long day of walking. I would definitely stay at Park Plaza again.

The location could not be any better for exploring the city as it is right next to the train station and metro stop, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The facilities at this place are excellent and well maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The king size bed in the room was wonderful and provided a great night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure, a rarity in older buildings. Additionally, the recently remodeled gym is outfitted with top-notch equipment, including Technogear and free weights, for those who like to stay active during their travels. The staff at this hotel are courteous and helpful, making the check-in process seamless even when arriving early.

There are some ongoing constructions in the surrounding area, which can make it challenging for taxis to reach the hotel. However, this minor inconvenience doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

We had a one-night stay at Park Plaza and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an executive room. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and is conveniently located near Central Station, tourist attractions, and a hop-on hop-off bus stop. The staff was exceptional, especially the concierge who helped us with various tasks and even arranged for a doctor to visit our room when my wife fell ill. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a coffee machine and control pad for lights and curtains.

During my stay at Park Plaza, I was impressed by the modern and chic decor of the hotel. Everything was immaculately clean, including the elevator and the piano in the hallway. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Central Station, Trams, and the Metro. The breakfast offered a great variety of hot and delicious food, and the self-service system worked seamlessly with no queues. The restaurant "Carstens" provided a unique dining experience with its Dutch twist on the food, and the bar staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel also had good security features, such as using the room card to call lifts and access guest toilets. And lastly, being able to book a late checkout until 17:00 on a Sunday was a nice touch.

My room had some issues. During a heavy rainstorm, I could hear a loud "ting ting ting" sound from a loose metal outdoor window sill, which kept me awake.
