The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. The bellman and room service staff provide excellent service. The restaurant next door has a great staff as well. The hotel is pet-friendly and provides a dog bed in the room. The "Pillow Menu" is a unique feature. The bar serves good drinks.

The hotel is located in a very nice and convenient area in Midtown Manhattan, only a few blocks away from Grand Central Station. The rooms are comfortable with top quality bedding and some have windows that open for air flow. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service, making for a pleasant stay.

As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were pleased to find that the hotel offered these activities.
