We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated their courtesy and kindness. we highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely consider staying here in the future!

The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. The bellman and room service staff provide excellent service. The restaurant next door has a great staff as well. The hotel is pet-friendly and provides a dog bed in the room. The "Pillow Menu" is a unique feature. The bar serves good drinks.

We got great value for our money at the Royal Sonesta. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff, especially Caroline and Sarah, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great location near Central Park and Bloomingdales. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Elias on the door. Enjoyable stay in the upgraded suite on the 4th floor. Loved the kitchenette and Elemis products. Close proximity to fantastic bakeries for breakfast in bed.

Noisy room on the second floor with a window facing ventilation vents. Worn down feel to the hotel, especially in the reception area.

I had a fantastic stay at The Benjamin in New York City! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great-sized closet and dresser. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower combination, which was convenient. The housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in Midtown was perfect, with easy access to Rockefeller Plaza, Central Park, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and Grand Central Terminal. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Spacious room with two double beds suitable for 2 adults. Helpful staff. Clean and central. Didn't try the restaurant. Window didn't open in room. Lovely decor and balcony. Perfect location. Great gym on 3rd floor. Kitchen in room was great. Walking distance to Broadway. Marvelous historic old building with 1930s opulence.

The Benjamin is perfectly located, cozy and comfortable, with attentive staff and a lovely lobby. The 1-bedroom suite was spacious, practical, and had a full-size fridge. The provided crib was excellent. The room was clean and the in-room dining was quick and delicious.
