Lovely views and good hiking

The views of the mountains were amazing and the hiking nearby was a blast. The room was a decent size, and the balcony was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Just a bummer that the check-in was kinda awkward and unfriendly; felt like we were bothering them.

The Cheyenne Mountain Resort offers a wide array of activities, from outdoor swimming pools to a fitness center and even a golf course. The beautiful views and outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and leisure. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including a balcony/terrace for guests to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty.

The cleanliness of the resort left much to be desired. the lack of vending machines on-site and limited room service did not align with the expectations of a four-diamond resort.

The location is beautiful and the beds are comfortable.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in and the couch bed sheets were dirty. The staff was unhelpful when we requested a room change and we struggled with payment issues.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. The location of this place was perfect for the activities we wanted to do, including exploring beautiful natural attractions like Garden of the Gods and Manitou. I also loved that everything we wanted to visit was close by, making it easy to navigate and explore the area.

We loved the location of this place - nestled in the foothills of the eastern Rockies, it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The picturesque shopping center down the street provided an authentic experience with great restaurants to choose from. Our room had a private balcony and mini-bar that we enjoyed using. The wellness center was amazing - we spent hours relaxing in the heated swimming pool and taking advantage of the beauty treatments.

The staff handled it well and tried their best to rectify the situation. Despite the minor hiccups, we highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The amenities, including the pools and lake activities, were so much fun and included with our stay. Our porch offered a stunning view of the mountains and golf course. The lobby and Elevations had beautiful, rustic decor with impressive beams. The staff, particularly Ron and Shelby at Elevations and Beth in the General Store, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room design was lovely, with a spacious closet and attractive furnishings. The location was also a plus, as it was close to attractions like the Garden of the Gods, downtown Springs, and Colorado College.

I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel.

The Starbucks coffee in the cafe was exceptionally good and fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

I loved the room and the bar inside. The management made us feel special and the front desk staff, especially Spencer, were professional and welcoming. The views were amazing and the lobby was beautiful. The staff was fantastic throughout our trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with beautiful accommodation and a panoramic view of the Cheyenne Mountains. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of bedding to suit my taste. The hotel had great amenities, including a gym and activity area located at the Country Club, which was large and very well equipped. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional attention, especially the bartender girl during the evening. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, with a nice selection of food. The bar area in the evening was friendly, and I loved eating out on the decking area.

The facilities at Cheyenne Mountain Resort were impressive, offering a beautiful view, comfy beds, and nice pools and beach. The restaurant breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the staff at check-in and check-out were extremely friendly. We also appreciated the water bottle filler and keurig in the room.

The location is in a great area with a beautiful golf course next to the resort. We loved the mountain/golf course view from our porch. The resort offers a variety of outdoor amenities like paddle boats, kayaking, and swimming. The staff, including Ron, Shelby, and Beth, were all super nice and helpful. The rooms were nicely designed with a big closet and pretty furnishings. The resort is also conveniently close to popular attractions like the Garden of the Gods and downtown Springs.
