My stay at Chateaux Deer Valley was for leisure, lasting two nights. the breakfast was fantastic, and the proximity to the lifts was convenient. Parking was easy to access, and the staff, including bellhops, housekeepers, and wait staff, were exceptional.

Despite a poor bed and overheated room, the overall experience was delightful. Cons: Do recommend this hotel.

Chateaux Deer Valley provides a flawless experience. the location is unbeatable, just steps away from Deer Valley resort. the suite is lovely, and the onsite Cena restaurant serves delicious Italian-inspired food. the shuttle service is exceptional, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast options are excellent, with a good selection for gluten-free guests. the staff is friendly, and the hotel is kept very clean. Overall, a wonderful week with zero issues.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a few steps away from the ski lift. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including fresh berries. The service was top-notch, Michael, the GM, went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The prime location right next to the ski slopes made it easy for us to hit the slopes as soon as we arrived. Besides, the breathtaking views of the National Park from our room made our stay even more rewarding. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast that exceeded our expectations.

One thing we wished could have been better was the lobby, which lacked ambiance and could have been better decorated.

The sofa pillows and cover were not clean and caused an allergic reaction. the noise from the hallway was too loud and couldn't be blocked with towels.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxury hotel. It was located in a beautiful area, surrounded by stunning landscapes with mountains all around us. The service room was excellent with laundry and shuttle service available, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff at the Bell Desk were extremely helpful, even called around looking for our reservation to get us the best price. The leisure spa and wellness centre had a swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun terrace. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor heated swimming pool.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the mountains above a beautiful city.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its beautiful location in the mountains above the city. The staff are incredibly attentive to detail, providing basic amenities like toiletries and snow-obstructed window with balconies and king size beds. We loved the included breakfast.
