We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city near Union Square. The room was spacious and had some nice views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well. We also enjoyed the club on the top floor and the rooftop with free tea and coffee available all day. The staff was friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic experience.

The only downside was the cost of the rooms, but that's to be expected in a city like this. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this venue and I have to say, the location could not be better, being really close to Union Square. The newly renovated area is really nice and has all the amenities you could want for a downtown location. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there was a great restaurant on site that I visited a few times during my stay. The rooms were comfortable with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar, air conditioning, and ironing facilities.

This hotel has an excellent location, very near Union Square in the newly renovated area in Downtown San Francisco. The room we stayed in was very spacious with good equipment to keep our own supplies and a built-in TV in the bathroom. The large beds were perfect for central San Fran, and we were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast included.

I recently stayed at The Donatello for a reunion with my girlfriends. The location was fantastic, just one block from Union Square. We were able to get side-by-side rooms on the Terrace level, which was perfect for us to sit outside and enjoy drinks together. The suite rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a comfortable sofa bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the club room where we enjoyed free coffee and tea. The valet service was convenient and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again!

The wifi login process was tedious and had to be repeated every time you re-entered the hotel. The noise level in the hotel could have been better, as conversations in the hallway and the elevator ding were constant companions during the night.
