The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit local attractions. the staff was outstanding and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the rooms were well-appointed and had luxurious amenities, including high-quality linens and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the balcony, which provided a nice outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view. the complementary shuttle service was a great bonus and made getting around the area convenient.

The air conditioning in the rooms was quite noisy when it turned on, which was a bit disruptive. However, despite the noise, the AC was effective and kept the room comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I have to say, it was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the efficient housekeeping. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, like an ironing facility, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. I also loved the little touches, like the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. Plus, the sun terrace and fitness center were great for relaxing and staying active. a truly enjoyable stay!

The decor, lobby, and room were great! The windows were gorgeous & huge. The bed was extremely comfortable. The front staffs were friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and check out. The bathroom was beyond gorgeous. The lobby with the Christmas tree was stunning. The basketball court brought back fond memories.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel near UNC with a perfect location, just a short walk from the campus. The contemporary decor and intimate atmosphere made us feel right at home. The hotel shuttle, a spacious SUV, was a great convenience. We were picked up and taken anywhere nearby, with the friendly and knowledgeable chauffeurs even giving us insights about the campus and city. The staff was excellent, ensuring a COVI-safe environment and keeping everything spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary cookies. With all these perks, we will definitely stay here again!

Graduate Chapel Hill, located near UNC, provided outstanding customer service. When I had an issue with the heating and cooling system in my room, the staff promptly fixed it and even offered us free drinks as a gesture of apology. The staff was friendly, sympathetic, and made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and provided helpful advice. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies and the courtesy van which was a big plus.

We loved staying here! This place is right in the center with everything we need nearby, shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff was amazing, attentive and always there to help us with our every need, such as dry cleaning and laundry. We felt safe and secure with the 24-hour reception and 24-hour security. We also appreciated the early check-in/ -out and welcome drink.

Stayed at a hotel in Chapel Hill for the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the decor was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided great views of the city. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutiques. It's also a short walk to a university campus. You can easily park and walk to most places you need to go.

The hotel charges for parking, which was a bit of a downside. Additionally, there was no shuttle service to the nearby attractions and university campus, contrary to what was advertised on the website.

It was within walking distance to everything I needed, including the popular 411 restaurant. I also loved the breakfast spread, which was much better than the usual buffet at other hotels. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
