The room had a cozy vibe with a comfy bed and a nice view. As a backpacker, it felt like a little haven after a day of exploring.

One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of free daily drinking water bottles provided in the room. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, having this basic amenity readily available would have been a convenient addition.

Spacious rooms with plenty of storage space, close to South Beach chaos but not too close. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Joe and Jose.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of daily cleaning service despite requesting it upon check-in and reminders. This minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. the rooms were clean, and the staff at the reception were polite and friendly, ensuring we had an enjoyable check-in experience.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, with some guests not receiving services for several days. Some room amenities were lacking, such as warm blankets and complete terrace setups.

We stayed one night for leisure. the staff was superb, room service prompt with good but slightly pricey food. Despite a broken TV screen, the room was clean and spacious with ample storage. ADA unit was satisfactory, except for a wet bathroom issue. Lovely lobby, balcony, and a heated pool. Enjoyed the free sip & paint night and close proximity to South Beach chaos.

I indulged in Crispy Pork with Mustard Mojo and enjoyed a wine list to die for. the pool cabanas and lobby decor were a delightful escape. Late check-out and tequila flights added extra fun!

I loved navigating dark, dingy hallways. Very charming!
