There was a water leak in our room and we couldn't move. The air conditioner was too loud, making it hard to sleep.

I absolutely loved the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, it had a cozy and intimate feel. The staff were excellent and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The little cocktail bar was a hidden gem, and the bartender, Kathy, was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and the local attractions.

One issue I encountered was a phone call from the front desk at 2:30am due to a noise complaint from my neighbors. Although I understand the need for the hotel to address complaints, it was a bit startling to be woken up in the middle of the night.

Situated in a neighborhood filled with architectural beauties, we found ourselves just a short stroll away from attractions such as Severance Hall, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample lighting for reading. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating our needs and even allowing us to keep our car in the parking lot after check-out. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot buffet breakfast each morning, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms offered stunning views, allowing me to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, providing a delicious start to each day.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel had a charming and welcoming atmosphere, reminding us of a cozy bed & breakfast. The breakfast served was absolutely fabulous, with a variety of hot and cold options. The staff, including the housekeeping, breakfast, concierge, and desk staff. The hotel is conveniently located near several museums and a vegan restaurant, and is directly across the street from the botanical gardens. The hotel also offers free WIFI and has a safe area with free limited parking.

This hotel is a gem! Its location is perfect, close to many vegan restaurants and cultural activities, including museums. It's even within walking distance of a baseball field! The rooms are great, with basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, and amazing views. Plus, you can't beat the value for money with breakfast included.
