Our stay at Gotham was absolutely fantastic. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to amazing restaurants, Times Square, and Broadway. The room was always spotless when we returned, and the AC was a blessing in the summer heat. The balconies offered stunning views of the city lights, albeit a little scary for those afraid of heights. The maintenance guy was quick to fix any issues with the TV, and the king room we stayed in was the largest we've encountered in the city. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay at Gotham again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was like a dream - so spacious and cozy! I loved the private balcony with a view of 46th Street. The minibar stocked with Astor Chocolates was a delightful touch. The bathroom felt super luxurious with those complimentary Whish bath amenities.

I wished the gym was a bit bigger.

We had a fantastic stay at the Gotham Hotel. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Grand Central Station on Fifth Avenue. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and visiting attractions like Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. When we had a small issue with our room key card, they quickly upgraded us to a larger room and even included a free mini bar. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with well-appointed and spacious rooms that had clean lines and a modern design. Additionally, the fast WiFi was a big plus for us.

I stayed at Gotham for a few days on a birthday trip. The location was amazing, with a great view from the public balcony. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel's location was great, close to everything including Times Square and 5th Avenue. The room was cozy and well-appointed with mini fridges and Nespresso machines. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The hotel fell short in other aspects, with noisy construction outside and inadequate housekeeping leading to a less-than-clean atmosphere.

The glass walls allowed for street noise to be heard at night. Some housekeeping issues, with the room not being fully cleaned on a couple of occasions.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased. The location was perfect, just off 5th Avenue, making it easy to walk to so many attractions. The service was exceptional, with staff always willing to assist with room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The amenities were also great, including a spa and wellness center, fitness studio, and in-room air conditioning. this place really enhanced my stay in the city.
