The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and good facilities. The restaurant served excellent dinner, and there were shops nearby. However, the staff wasn't very helpful during check-in, resulting in confusion and overcharging. The room had cleanliness issues. Despite these setbacks, the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easily accessible elevators, spacious rooms, and handrails in the bathrooms, making it a comfortable stay for us older travelers.

I would've loved for the children of the staff to provide more organized activities or excursions tailored specifically for senior guests, ensuring a more enriching and enjoyable vacation experience for us.

Housekeeping was impeccable, and the staff, from hotel to restaurant, were attentive and kind. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts, with a good variety of options. Overall, a great place to relax after a day exploring the canyon!

The Canyon Star Steakhouse brought that old time rustic sensibility to life with exposed timber, stone, and ironwork. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was amazing, making us feel like we were part of a classic Western movie, with a touch of glam!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and fresh rooms. The location was perfect, just outside the park entrance and close to shuttle buses and the airport. The staff, especially Diana at the front desk, were lifesavers and made our stay stress-free.

Absolutely loved this place. Booked in for 2 nights. Room was lovely and clean. Friendly staff. Good indoor pool and spa. Quality food in the restaurant for breakfast and supper. Would certainly recommend if visiting the Canyon on a short stay. Located really close to Grand Canyon. The best hotel in the surrounding area. Breakfast buffet is amazing, it was not included but it's worth it. Beds very comfty, and huge rooms. Facility was new and clean, and location was great to entrance of South Rim of the Grand Canyon, which is why we were there. Nice touch they served fresh, warm cookies in the afternoon, just what we needed when we arrived.

Great location for exploring the Grand Canyon. Clean and convenient with live background music in the restaurant. Staff is excellent and very friendly. The pool and spa are perfect for unwinding after hiking. On-site gift shop and nearby Trading Post for souvenir shopping.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Hotel At The Grand Canyon. The newly renovated Grand Fitness Center was a wonderful addition to my stay, featuring the latest fitness equipment for my workouts. The indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub were a much-appreciated amenity, especially after a long day exploring Grand Canyon National Park. The relaxation and rejuvenation they offered were exactly what I needed.
