The location of the hotel was great, allowing easy access to key attractions in the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

There was also a lack of trash cans throughout the hotel, making it inconvenient to dispose of waste. Furthermore, some amenities, like the pool, were not as expected in terms of size and offerings.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were excellent with modernized USB ports and a great view on the higher floors. The basic amenities were well maintained, and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast included was a great value for the price.

They even lent me some medical tape when I forgot to bring it, which was a huge relief for my daughter. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The towels smelled so fresh and reminded me of when my babies were little. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the stadium, restaurants, and breakfast places. The Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites was a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. We had a small issue with the toilet not flushing, but it was promptly fixed. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect since it was right in the heart of town; it was so easy to walk everywhere I needed to go. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were impressive. I loved having access to the indoor swimming pool and the rooftop pool was amazing! The service was excellent; the staff truly went above and beyond in providing me with everything I needed, including additional towels and toiletries. The room was very spacious and comfortable; it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar.

It was close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. the staff was amazing, really welcoming and friendly, and they even gave us some small complementary gifts upon arrival. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, which had a lot of variety and was included in the price of our room. the room was also very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed and more.

The swimming pool was too cold for our taste, and the hot tub was too hot, which made it difficult to relax properly. We also had some trouble with the room temperature, which was difficult to control.
