The manager went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, offering a complimentary breakfast and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.

Hotel may not be suitable for families with kids. A bit of a walk to the metro station, although airport shuttle is right at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. There were so many nice restaurants nearby, and it was so convenient being right on the metro line. We could easily get to all the tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist us. The room was modern and recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. We loved the view from our room on the 25th floor, it was truly amazing. The breakfast selection was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. we were very impressed with the quality of this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with everything well equipped and even an Apple TV provided. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a breakfast that was delicious and a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with exceptional service from Sing and Sebastian. The hotel's location adjacent to a posh shopping center and the conference center made it very convenient for us. Additionally, being very close to the metro station and surrounded by nice restaurants made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
