Stayed at a hotel for a business conference. Got upgraded to a suite on the top floor with amazing city and mountain views. Room was spacious and had a separate suite area. Used the online concierge service and all special requests were fulfilled. Enjoyed the large pool area and the outdoor firepit for evening cocktails. The hotel is conveniently located near an upmarket outdoor mall with nice restaurants and cafes.

The Fairmont Century Plaza hotel was a fantastic choice for my recent stay in LA. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I loved having a balcony/patio in every room, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air and take in the city views. The heating and cooling controls were excellent, ensuring that the room stayed at a perfect temperature throughout my stay. The pool area was fantastic, providing a great place to unwind and relax. The lobby was also impressive, with a bar, Starbucks, and a great indoor/outdoor lounge restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Rooms have balconies with chairs and tables. Heating and cooling controls are efficient. Pool area and lobby are enjoyable, with a bar, Starbucks, and a restaurant. Views from odd number rooms face the street and another building, while even number rooms overlook the pool. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary chocolates and sparkling wine that were left in our room to celebrate a special occasion. it was a great experience and we would definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to this city.
