I recently stayed at a stunning resort on California Highway 1 with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The property had so much to offer, from beautiful grounds with ponds, a gazebo, and stairs to a rocky beach, to well-appointed cabins with all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff, especially Zachary, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, providing excellent hiking and dining suggestions. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay!

The location of this hotel is its prime feature. Depending on your room, you can wake up to a secluded but 'raw' beach with spectacular ocean views. The rooms are spacious, contemporary with double sinks, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Watch out for surprises like champagne and chocolate. Hiking trails in the expansive 37 acres of property are a must-try. Service is friendly, accommodating, and pet-friendly, with a modest additional fee.

Although the location is perfect, some of the rooms are worn with marks on the walls, and curtains have noticeable tears.

Great location on a vast property overlooking the ocean, with a private beach. Rooms in scattered sections, some with lovely views. Walking paths, pebble beach, and grounds are fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for money during the weekdays.

Amazing views of the coast and a comfortable room.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as inadequate lighting over the sink for putting on makeup and the grass mat flooring being slightly worn in some places, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

I got an amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was beautiful, with high ceilings and a sliding glass door that allowed me to sleep to the soothing sound of the waves. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and access to trails and a private beach. The staff was friendly and treated me well throughout my stay.

The staff treated us like royalty, from the friendly manager and his assistant who greeted us upon arrival, to the professional and polite restaurant staff. We felt truly pampered and cannot wait to return.

The facilities were top-notch, with everything we could ask for, from a heated terrace to free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the beautiful garden and the convenience of having a 24-hour reception. the quality of service and attention to detail at this hotel were exceptional.

The only downside we experienced was the wait for ice requested for our champagne. It took quite a while to arrive, and by the time it did, the champagne was warm.
