I had a blast at the water park and my kids loved it. The convenience of the wrist band for key, payment and entrance is great. Food was good, and souvenir sippy cups were well worth it. I'll recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Colorado Springs and had a fantastic experience. This place is located in the water park area, which made it convenient for me to enjoy all the activities. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and large flat panel TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome during my stay.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom sink. We reported it to the front desk, but the issue was not fully resolved.

The price of soda at the resort was a bit high, but that's expected. The water park had a strong bleach smell.

The water park was fun and my kids enjoyed the slides. the staff at the arcade were really friendly and helpful, giving my son tips on how to get the highest score. the location was great, close to restaurants and shops.
