The location is perfect in Old Town. Rooms are huge with nice decor, featuring a full bathroom with a lovely shower, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The fitness center looked good too. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The views from the restaurant were amazing. Easy access to local spots and super comfy beds.

The heated pool was a perfect spot after a long night out. Staff was helpful when we needed extra towels and drinks.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but it was still reasonable.

Great location near Old Town, but rooms need updating and wifi was spotty.

I loved how easy it was to explore the Old Town area, with attractions like the Mormon Battalion Historic Site just a 3-minute walk away and cozy restaurants like Old Town Mexican Cafe also just a short stroll from my room; also, the staff were friendly, and the beds were super comfortable, making my stay relaxing, but the room could have used a bit more attention to detail in maintenance.

Great match for a city holiday in San Diego with good price value. Location in Old Town was exceptional.

Had a fantastic weekend in Old Town. Loved the pretty property, especially building 6 at the top for a nice, scenic walk down to the main street. The room was clean upon arrival, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Encountered some maintenance issues like a noisy bathroom fan and a creaky AC. The room had a few small problems like broken shades and a faulty safe box. Despite the helpful staff, these issues affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel Old Town offers an unbeatable location, just steps from Old Town and museums. The heated pool is a delightful bonus, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Free coffee in the lobby was an added perk!

Absolutely loved the beautiful grounds and the lovely staff made me feel right at home! The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Old Town was just a short stroll away, full of fun surprises I never knew existed!

The room was super clean and comfy, featuring a nice little family room with a separate bedroom. The bed was beyond comfy, truly a highlight of our stay. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cozy. the walls were thin; I was woken by neighbors snoring and conversations outside. A mildew odor was noticeable, and the rug needed deep cleaning. The balcony offered a pleasant space for morning coffee, and the convenience of a fridge and microwave was appreciated. On the downside, some outlets didn’t work, and the closet door was off the track.

The breakfast delivered to our room was awesome! LOVED the clean room. Would definitely choose this spot again. The swimming pool is better than in the photos. Can't wait to go back!

The location is exceptional. Old Town's charm is just a stone's throw away. The property has a unique layout that adds character but can feel maze-like. Beautiful scenery and well-kept grounds. The on-site restaurant is a notable perk. Staff is generally accommodating, but inconsistencies exist. Rooms need attention. My initial room was not clean and felt outdated. Understanding the complexities of traveling with family, a laundry room is a significant advantage. The pool area, however, fell short of expectations. This hotel has potential. With updates and better management, it could truly shine. I'd consider returning, but only if improvements are made.
