The location of this accommodation was perfect for those who want to explore downtown attractions such as the arts district and the food and art museum. It was conveniently placed in the center of everything. Guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and prompt responsiveness of the staff, who were available by text or phone, even though there was no one on the premises for immediate questions.

Some guests had issues with parking which was not ideal. There were a couple of nights when guests arrived late and there was no spot available despite paying extra for a guaranteed spot.

The location of the hotel was ideal and the apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We appreciated the prompt response of the staff in providing us with additional Half & Half.

The difficulty in finding the lockbox for check-in. However, once we arrived, everything was smooth sailing.

We loved staying at this place. The location was amazing as it was close to everything we need from the food & art museum to restaurants and shopping. The room is equipped with great amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. We loved that we could make tea and coffee and sit at the dining table while watching TV on the flat-screen. The staff was very kind, and we enjoyed taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Convenient location for entertainment venues. Reasonable rates for extended stay. Clean lodging with great facilities: pool, BBQ area, rec room, and workout room. Modern, spacious studio apartment with well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Inclusion of washer/dryer is a plus.

Great location near restaurants and grocery stores, reliable transportation options, and spacious and clean accommodations. the help center in the app was convenient for quick questions.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi, underwhelming pool space, and poor TV set up. the unit had dirty walls and inconvenient furniture, such as uncomfortable kitchen chairs and a lack of a bedroom TV.
