The Marlin was a great choice for my budget-friendly stay. The condo was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook homemade meals. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The location was ideal, with restaurants and retail establishments nearby. The beach was just steps away and offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and always helpful in providing assistance.

We stayed at a villa for 4 nights on our family vacation. The villa was clean and well-maintained, with enough supplies in the kitchen for our family of 5. The location was great, with easy access to the beach. The front office staff were helpful and even loaned us some trash bags when we ran out. Having a washer and dryer on-site was convenient for doing laundry during our stay.

While the interior of the villa was updated, there were still a few issues. The blinds over the balcony door kept falling off and the coffee table was extremely loose and felt like it could fall apart.

We loved how close we were to the beach! It was right on the ocean, just a short walk across the lot, and we could put our toes in the sand. The location was fantastic, being so close to a beautiful beach.

During my Christmas stay, I liked the fact that the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms. The location was also a key aspect as it was conveniently close to the beach. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the kitchen that was well-stocked, allowing me to prepare meals easily.

The views of Cocoa Beach were beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff, especially Cindy, was prompt in their communication and made sure we had everything we needed. it was a true gem and great value for the price.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to have breakfast included. But other than that, our experience at The Marlin was very nice, with extra stuff in the room for the kids to play with and take to the beach.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The provided beach chairs and games were a nice touch. I also appreciate the effort to maintain cleanliness, as the condo was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Despite a few minor issues, like a musty smell upon arrival and outdated furniture, overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

The kitchen in our unit was fully renovated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants within a short distance. Plus, being right on the beach was a major plus for us.

The exterior of the building looked old and run-down, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues in our unit, like broken blinds and loose furniture.

The Marlin at Cocoa Beach was a clean condo right on the beach with a great location for the price. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, and they provided extra items like chairs, a wagon, cooler, and umbrella for the beach. Perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff and residents were very nice and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach, just steps away, which was a huge plus for us. The parking was convenient, right outside our unit. The location itself was great, close to everything we needed for an enjoyable beach stay. Additionally, our unit was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which made our trip even better.
