The water park area was really enjoyable, especially for families with kids. The kiddie pool and the Pineapple water splash were a blast and there are lockers available to store items while swimming. In addition, the staff was really friendly and helpful.

There was a high-pitched humming in the room that made it difficult to sleep, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The rooms were clean and spacious, providing enough room for our family to relax and enjoy our Christmas getaway. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Additionally, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a great time during our stay.

One of the main drawbacks was the lack of temperature control in the waterpark. the water temperature near the kids' play area was cold, which made it uncomfortable for our little ones to enjoy.

The location was also great, conveniently close to the Six Flags theme park. We were thrilled to find out that there was a shuttle service available, which saved us from having to drive all the way to the Dells for a water park experience. Additionally, there were plenty of food options nearby, and the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. Highly recommended!

Hard to think of anything negative to say.

The hotel was great value for money, especially considering its location in front of the water park. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure to explain every detail of our stay. The rooms, particularly the Toucan Suite 2 bedroom, were comfortable and clean, with separate bedrooms and a TV with the right cables. The breakfast on our way home was a delicious and convenient way to end our stay.

All in all, everything was fine.

The waterpark at this resort was so much fun! I loved the wave pool and water slides. There were lifeguards everywhere making me feel safe. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I had a great stay.
