We had the most incredible stay at the Mayflower Inn & Spa, part of the prestigious Auberge Resorts Collection. The surrounding countryside was breathtaking, especially during the Fall season. Our spacious room had a large terrace overlooking a beautiful garden, providing a serene and peaceful setting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The Inn's Grand Dame ambience added to the elegance and charm of our stay. The modern spa facility was top-notch and offered a range of relaxing treatments. We enjoyed delicious meals at the fine dining restaurant and appreciated the complimentary champagne throughout the day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the basic bathroom amenities and outdated exercise equipment, our overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this luxurious getaway and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely Birthday Celebration

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts Collection. Celebrating a birthday, we were delighted with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bar was our go-to spot for refreshing drinks and delicious dinners. Though we didn't use the Spa, we heard rave reviews from other guests. Our room had a minor issue with the AC, but the maintenance staff quickly resolved it, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The friendly and courteous staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and special getaway.

I recently stayed at a hotel for Christmas and had a great experience. the first thing I liked about the hotel was the upgraded room I was given. It was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities I needed. Another positive aspect was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located in a key area, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Lastly, I really enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had a comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable and the natural light from the windows made the room bright and inviting. The hotel's elegant entrance and stunning library added to the grand ambience. The modern spa, located within walking distance, was a highlight of our stay. The staff, especially Joseph, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even providing us with beautifully wrapped lunches for our journey. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were fulfilled beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided top-notch service. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a wide range of treatments available, including massages and body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided a serene environment to unwind in, while the garden area was a peaceful place to relax in the sun. The restaurant's special diet menus were creative and delicious, and we enjoyed private facilities for a truly exclusive experience. Cons: This hotel had one minor issue. the sauna was not functioning properly, so we could not enjoy it during our stay. this did not detract from the overall experience and we still enjoyed our time at the venue immensely.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was disappointing overall. the location was convenient and the hotel had a nice spa facility. the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us.

The management seemed overwhelmed and was unable to handle the holiday crowd. the valet service was slow with only one person working.
