We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area and the gym, which were clean and well-stocked. The breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of choices and a clean dining area with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when my daughter forgot her pillow and blanket by shipping them to us. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our family.

Traveling for a family vacation, we stayed at Hyatt Place for a few nights. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to have adjoining rooms and providing a spacious room with a sofa for extra seating. The friendly desk and bar staff made us feel welcome, and we appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. The room was clean, and the location near the freeway was convenient. The kids had a great time at the pool and the parking was ample. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to offer simpler breakfast options for families with children needing an early meal.
