Hotel breakfast could use improvement, maybe adding tablecloths or placemats for a more restaurant-like experience.

We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the reception. They were courteous and provided us with directions to attractions. The lobby and bar/restaurant area were beautiful, and the communal space was very nice. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding and just the right amount of pillows. The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the city center and opposite the City Hall.

The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked inspiration. the bathroom was also small and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

The Ritz-Carlton was a beautiful hotel to stay in. I loved the comfortable rooms with excellent housekeeping. The location was great and the views from the corner suite were amazing. I would recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Most of the staff, especially Sebastian and the reception staff in the morning, were very helpful and friendly. The check-in process was quick and on time. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful lobby and a hidden and quiet room entertainment unit. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the location was great, with an excellent view from the 25th floor of the city. The free champagne, coffee, and pastries near the reception area were a nice touch.

Only one minor thing to say: the charge for parking is steep, and it would be an improvement if some courtesy or discount was offered.
