I chose this hotel for a symposium, as it offers exquisite private dining rooms for business meetings. the impeccable five, star environment ensured our event ran smoothly with top, notch food and refreshments.

Vallet parking was a letdown, ended up with scratches we were sure we didn't cause.

Beautiful room with a large window overlooking a courtyard. Impressive crystal chandelier over the bed. Clean, well-maintained bathroom. Butler service available and attentive staff. Great location and excellent gym and spa facilities.

Luxurious beds & great breakfast buffet! the beds were simply amazing, so comfortable and soft, I could sleep for hours. the breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of pastries and fruits. the hotel location was also quite convenient, near a subway station and shopping center.

Not worth the cost. the hotel is quite expensive for what it offers and I expected a better experience for the price.

As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional SPA and gym facilities. The bar and lounge areas were spacious and served delicious small dishes for casual gatherings. The staff members understood the importance of great service and catered to our every need. The location felt like a grand country house in central London.

What a fabulous treat! We stayed in a beautifully furnished superior room at The Lanesborough. The room had everything we could wish for and more, with the prettiest fabrics and glassware. The icing on the cake was the kind, thoughtful, and professional staff who made our stay truly memorable. We can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this hotel.
