The breakfast was delicious and the casual dining experience was exceptional. The waitress provided exceptional service. The massages were wonderful and the surroundings were clean. The mineral pools were perfect for relaxation. The Sonoma golf course and staff were wonderful. The valet and concierge staff were helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. There were some great restaurants nearby, and we were able to easily visit all the wine-tasting locations we had planned to see. The room was comfortable and had great bath products. The service was also warm and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the cozy wood-burning fireplace.

The parking lot did fill up on busier nights, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great concierge service, helpful with recommendations and planning our winery visits. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept like babies. we enjoyed our stay at Fairmont.

The property's beautiful landscaping and flowering plants are enhanced by the recent rain. The location in Glen Ellen is excellent for visiting Sonoma as well. The spa's pools were limited in occupancy, ensuring a safe and uncrowded experience. The Michelin star restaurant and pool bar offer fantastic food options. The spa is popular with mature guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the old town. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with two large double beds and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We loved the panoramic views of the city, including St. Peter's Church and the central market, which were visible from the apartment. The location was perfect, as we were within short walking distance of a supermarket, the central markets, and the main attractions of the old town. Additionally, having parking available in the courtyard was a great convenience.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially the gentleman who assisted us with our luggage. He has been working there for 38 years and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the patio was fabulous. Although the bed was comfortable, it was a bit too high and required a step stool to get in. The hotel is located in Sonoma, which is a beautiful city filled with history and charm.

The Fairmont in Sonoma was a great value for the money. The room was fantastic with a big bathtub and a new Nespresso machine. The staff treated us like VIPs, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was peaceful and the spa was a wonderful diversion after a stressful week.

Had a wonderful city break, location was spot on - close to great attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and very helpful in suggesting activities to do in the area. They even offered complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel definitely needs some TLC, as it is an older building.
