Traveling with my family of 5, we stayed at Central Hotel in Sevierville for 3 nights. the spacious three-bedroom suite was perfect with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable amenities. the location was convenient, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall, a wonderful and enjoyable stay for us. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

Central Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection exceeded our expectations. the location was excellent, quiet, and conveniently near attractions. the hotel was clean, well-kept, with wonderful staff. Highly recommend and will stay again.

No housekeeping without extra fee. Stained bedding but easily cleaned with in-room washer and dryer.

Had an awesome time over New Year's! the staff was super friendly and the hotel's facilities were top, notch. Plus, the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the main attractions in town. Loved the on, site coffee shop and restaurant , delicious food!

Some rooms lacked proper amenities like coat hangers and towel hooks, and the showers were a bit tricky to use. Also, certain bathroom layouts were not the most comfortable for taller guests.
