We got great value for our money and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us with courtesy and friendliness.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or options.

The location of this beachfront hotel was perfect for our family vacation. We loved being able to have ample space and lawn furniture at the two heated pools, and the beach was not very busy, allowing for plenty of room to play and lay around. The condo was spacious enough for our two families, with large bedrooms and closest for storage. We also appreciated the furnished kitchen, though some essential items were missing. Despite some shortcomings, overall I recommend this hotel for its amazing location and amenities.

The best aspects of our xmas stay were the beachfront location and the stunning views. Being right on the beach allowed us to easily access the sand and water whenever we wanted. the convenience of walking just a short distance from our room to the beach made our stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. the room we were assigned was on the ground floor with no view of the ocean.

Our stay here was perfect. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. We loved being right on the beach and being able to walk down to the heated pool. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a panoramic ocean view from the kitchen. The free wifi and the option to text any questions were also a plus.

I recently stayed at the New Hotel Collection Beachfront for a family vacation. The room was clean and ready upon arrival, and the spaciousness was perfect for our group of 10. Cheryl, the maintenance employee, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The customer service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to a grocery store and a beautiful beach. the hotel provided plenty of pool and beach items, which was a great bonus. the maintenance guy was extremely helpful and assisted with anything that was needed.

The condo was not well stocked, with a lack of kitchen towels, utensils, hand soap, and dish detergent. the stairways were poorly lit, making it difficult to navigate.
