Great beach location, but room maintenance lacking.

Location is ideal, right on the beach. Enjoyed relaxing activities, especially the games room.

Just a nice choice for a weekend excursion in South Yarmouth with incredible value for money. I had a great time fishing at the nearby Bass River, and the staff were super helpful with recommendations for where to eat. Try to book early to get the best rates and rooms.

the place is definetely not worth it. i was horrified to find laundry carts thumping all around my room, absolutely ruining my peaceful morning. checkout was far too early at 10am, making me feel rushed. oh, and a welcome gift would’ve been nice, considering the unwelcoming atmosphere, but i guess that’s asking too much here. just couldn’t give it a good review.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach where we soaked our toes in the sand every morning. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious for the family, with beautiful furnishings and even a cool pocket door for privacy. The sunset views were magical.

My kids wished the pool area was brighter and more inviting, especially at night.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for sinking your toes in the sand. Rooms are spacious with a nice living area. We enjoyed the sun terrace and fitness center. The beach and nearby activities made it a great escape.

The cot provided for one of our friends was terrible—thin and sagging. It really affected our comfort during the stay. The AC situation was a bit tricky too, making it hard to regulate temps in the bedroom area.

In my wife’s opinion, a little more variety in the food options would help families. My kids wished the pool area had more shade.

Had a real good time, but those beds were a bit stiff and the breakfast could use some more options. The beach views were stunning! Chur!

The Ocean Club's beachfront location is unbeatable, allowing for stunning sunset views right from my spacious one-bedroom suite with separate living areas. The fitness center was effective, and the indoor pool truly felt like a personal retreat, but dining options are limited nearby, enhancing the need for a car.

The views were amazing! And the rooms felt super spacious with a cozy ambiance. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I loved that there was a fireplace in the room, perfect for those chilly nights!

All was wonderful.
