The room we stayed in was impeccably appointed with a great ambiance and charm. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and conveniently close to Starbucks and Pret. The Wi-Fi and internet connection were stable and efficient.

The hotel is very clean and has great facilities. It is conveniently located near Grand Central Terminal and close to attractions in the city. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I really liked the fact that the room was comfortable and larger than other hotels I've seen in the area. It was a great value for the price. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to key landmarks and transportation options. the nearby subway stations made it convenient to explore the city.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about my stay. the in-room menu was outdated and many items were not available.

I was visiting for a week and the room was spacious and had a large, comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. The hotel's location was perfect, just a block away from Grand Central Station and close to the Chrysler Building. The modernized boutique design and the history behind the architect made it a unique experience. The onsite restaurant and the free morning coffee vouchers were a great bonus.

I had the best time staying here. The location was perfect, right in Midtown with so many attractions in walking distance. The service was outstanding from the housekeeping to the friendly staff who accommodated my request for a room with a view. The amenities were great too, from the in-room safe to the air conditioning and the TV.

Even though the doorman was indifferent, I would recommend this hotel to families.

I loved the warm and homey atmosphere of The Renwick. The restaurant, Bedford and Co, was lively and the pasta with kale and walnuts was delicious. The room was clean, beautifully appointed, and a haven for artists and writers. The staff and other guests were friendly, and I even got to meet the artist who painted the lobby wall. Despite being close to the street, the room was peaceful and I had a restful sleep. The music in the room became a delightful free soundtrack for my night. I enjoyed the room so much that I spent time hanging out in it with my friend before heading down to the lounge for a cocktail. This is my kind of place!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is brilliant, right by Grand Central Station and Bryant Park. It's so convenient to be close to the park, as well as 5th and Lexington Avenues. The rooms were stylish, modern, and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the station. The staff was positive, helpful, and worked to provide everything I needed for a successful and memorable stay. The service, room amenities, and dining options were fantastic. I especially loved the terrace and bar/lounge area. this place is a gem in terms of its location and quality service.

I did encounter one minor issue with a staff member at check out. She wasn't very friendly and spoke quickly with a strong accent, which made it difficult to understand her.
