The hotel is conveniently located close to Bayshore Drive, where you can walk to just about all the restaurants in the Grove. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and reasonable storage. The staff are warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. There is a decent gym and a pool on site. The breakfast restaurant offers a variety of nice options, served by attentive staff.

The hotel can be quite cold due to all the marble, so make sure to bring a sweater. The overall experience was comfortable, but not very luxurious.

The staff was incredibly attentive and professional. They made our stay enjoyable and went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, with personalized surprises and a special dinner arrangement. The location in Coconut Grove was fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.

This hotel is truly a gem! The service provided by the staff is outstanding, making you feel special and pampered from the moment you arrive until the end of your stay. Location is just perfect, close to great restaurants and shops. Also, the pool area is fantastic, clean and inviting.

The only negative aspect was the noise level in the rooms. Unfortunately, the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very effective, and I could hear a lot of noise from the street and the neighboring rooms.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities were exceptional, from the unparalleled service to the breathtaking garden area. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, offering a wide array of dishes and drinks. The private facilities were also sensational, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation.

There was only one minor issue that I encountered during my stay at this hotel. The sauna was out of order and I was really looking forward to enjoying it. However, the Spa & wellness centre, the swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool more than made up for it. The hotel's prime location also provided easy access to a plethora of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it an excellent choice for a weekend getaway.
