Lovely location, close to beach and pools. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Excellent concierge service for organizing excursions and activities. Luke, the pool waiter, was fun and accommodating. Ali from the Jacque Cousteau Ambassador Center was superb.

As longer-term business travelers, we found the bar/lounge area and the Club lounge to be exceptional. The spacious rooms and bathroom layout were perfect for two people. The hotel staff, especially in the Hook restaurant, were attentive and friendly. The balcony with ocean view was a highlight of our stay.

I had a fantastic experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Kapalua. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even lending me extra blankets for a sunrise tour. Every person I encountered was friendly and genuine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pool was wonderful and the nearby DT Fleming beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful location and exceptional Ritz-Carlton service.

Had a great New Year's experience at this hotel. The hotel had a stunning three-tiered pool with breathtaking views of the ocean. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated above the ocean and close to various attractions. Additionally, the staff, particularly the valets and bar staff, provided exceptional service and made us feel special throughout our stay.

We had a rough start with check-in. Despite indicating our need for a Queen/Queen room for our family of four in advance, we were initially given a King bed.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and well-kept room. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and a shuttle service to explore the resort. The staff treated us with great care and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast delights, but could have had more variety.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Maui for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. We were upgraded to the fabulous club lounge, which offered an amazing variety of food and drinks. The spa was hands down the best I've ever been to, even surpassing many others I've experienced. The room itself was spacious with a huge bathroom and a lovely view of the resort and ocean. The complimentary yoga classes and well-maintained walking paths were additional perks. I only wish our stay had been longer!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, providing professional and friendly service. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to the beach, other sites on Maui, and a selection of good restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua in Kapalua is truly astonishing. Great facilities incl. one of the best hotel gyms. Nice spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast choice with omelettes and waffles. Direct access to golf course.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Amazing staff and service throughout our stay. The employees were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection with delicious options, including fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the blackout curtains in the room ensured a comfortable and restful sleep.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The check-in process was quite lengthy, causing some frustration.

From the moment I arrived here, I felt pampered. The staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met, from arranging a spa treatment at the luxurious wellness center to providing me with a refreshing drink as I lounged by the sparkling swimming pool. The beach access was incredibly convenient, and the sun terrace offered stunning views of the coastline. The restaurants on-site were top-notch and catered to those with special diet needs. The bar/lounge area was also a standout with an extensive drink menu.

The limited entertainment options in the evening. While the atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil, there wasn't much going on, which might be a disappointment for those looking for a more lively experience.

The hotel's location near a coastal hike was a highlight, offering beautiful views and an enjoyable morning walk. Additionally, the attentive service by the pool staff, including Travis and Anthony, made our stay even better.

The lack of adequate lighting in the rooms was a drawback, and the absence of full-length mirrors was inconvenient. The pool area could get crowded early, with lounges being reserved but unoccupied.
