My husband and I had a fantastic stay at The Confidante. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the excellent service provided by German at the concierge. The housekeeping schedule was flexible, allowing us to choose the best time for cleaning with our baby. The room exceeded our expectations, with a spacious layout and a breathtaking wrap-around balcony overlooking the ocean. The family pool area was great, and the staff, especially Brandon and G, took care of everything.

The Confidante Miami Beach offers a perfect beachfront location with ocean views and a soothing Art Deco vibe. Friendly staff and always good music playing throughout the property. We enjoyed the balcony view and the comfy beds. The bar area team was great, and hotel restaurants were tasty. Great facilities and very Instagrammable!

During my recent stay at The Confidante Miami Beach, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from the beach staff. Alejandro, Roger, and Paublo went above and beyond to ensure our time on the beach was unforgettable. They provided excellent customer service, offered valuable suggestions for menu selections, and even recommended exciting sightseeing adventures. Their beautiful smiles and helpful demeanor made our trip truly memorable.

We loved the location of this place - it was right on the beach with retro furnishings that made it feel like a true vacation spot. The service here was top-notch, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers who gave excellent service to us. We also enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness center which had a heated swimming pool and sun loungers for us to relax on.

Great ocean views from 12th-floor two-bedroom suite. Impressive breakfast buffet with varied cold cuts, smoked salmon, assorted cheeses, vegetables, and porridge. Friendly and helpful staff, recovered a lost electronic device. Poolside bar with helpful and amiable bartenders. Great location with easy access to the beach and family-friendly.

Nothing to dislike.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The decorations were beautiful, with fun and unique designs throughout. The pool area was especially relaxing, as the music was not too loud. The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were all friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, close enough to everything in the Miami Beach area, but also away from the craziness of South Beach. The direct access onto the beach was a major plus.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a terrace to relax on. The on-site restaurant and bar provided delicious meals and drinks, and the staff always made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely stay here again.

Liked everything

Early check-in was allowed and luggage storage was provided, allowing us to head to the beach. The beach area was beautiful and the staff was top notch. Convenient location with easy access to the busy area of South Beach.

Room furnishings were shabby and in need of updating. Room cleanliness was lacking, with heavy dust in the closet and a gross-smelling fridge. Housekeeping was not great, towels were limited, and dirty trays and trash were left in the corridors for hours.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The prices were very reasonable and included breakfast, which was a nice touch. The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the tasteful upgrade of the rooms with balconies. The location on the Miami Beach boardwalk was perfect, set in the Mid Beach area, right at the beach, and in a less crazed neighborhood than most.

All was ok.

The hotel isn't central but along the boardwalk, it's only a short walk to the place with the best restaurant selection and a few more steps to a less crowded part of the beach where there are more sun loungers.

The room lacked coffee and tea-making facilities.
