The staff here is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered was informative and friendly, doing their best to make our stay excellent. the room service and in-room breakfast options were great in terms of variety, and the food was really delicious. the hotel also offers a shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around the area. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the range of services they offer, such as massages and beauty treatments.

One improvement could be the cleanliness of the rooms. the noise insulation could use some enhancement as we could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

Just had an amazing stay on the Thames River. the big bathroom was a highlight. Staff was so kind, I'd DEFINITELY come back! the rooms were even better than the photos.

The ambiance was so chill, man, with that sandalwood scent swirling around thanks to the cool air - totally unexpected and relaxing from the get-go. The food was top-notch and always served just right, plus the decor was jaw-dropping with cool stuff all over like the animatronic wolf and the rad glass sculpture in the mall. The only bummer was the slow check-in process, a bit hassle, especially missing out on dinner - more staff needed pronto!

I won big with the games here, trying my luck at different tables. The entertainment scene kept me hyped too, especially the Broadway-style shows. I even got a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes - quite the eye-opener! Loved the wood-smoked BBQ and the convenience of the touchscreen games display. Managed to use my gift cards for some pampering at the spa. Now I’m hooked on Baccarat and Roulette. Plus, the planetarium dome was a stellar touch! Time to plan my next trip. Hooray for good times!

The Mohegan is exceptionally clean with spotless rooms. the concierge is friendly, and the lobby bar is quiet and fun. Convenient location to winter parking and waterfall area. Comfortable king bed with a nice river view.

Bathroom had cigarette smell.

Savoring the seasonal salads at restaurants like Bobby's Burger Place was a flavor explosion. The culinary adventure was on point! The shopping area was a gem, and the Earth Tower Elite King Room was a luxe hideaway.

This being my maiden Mohegan voyage, I hoped for a better view or rate. Despite the room's less-than-scenic sight, the stay sparkled.

the facilities were clean. mohegan sun is close to higher end fashion. the staff was outstanding and efficient - especially in an emergency.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even providing a complimentary cake for my daughter's birthday.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the room temperature was just right. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the housekeeping staff, especially Sabrina, who went above and beyond to assist us, even helping me with my birthday cocktail dress. the staff overall was accommodating and friendly. the hotel and casino had a unique Native American theme, with interesting architecture and design throughout. the water features and variety of restaurants added to the enjoyable experience. We loved that all entertainment, food outlets, and shopping were conveniently located under one roof.

The touchscreen displaying four colored tabs let me switch between and view live outcomes from each available game. It was like having four channels on TV but with the potential to win big! I felt like a master multitasker, soaking in the excitement and strategizing my next move with just a touch of my finger.

Pool area lacked adult only time.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was a great experience. The location is perfect, right by shops within the casino. The service is top-notch and amenities like room service and dry cleaning were convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly but a smile would have been a nice touch. Despite that, every staff member I encountered was accommodating and made my stay enjoyable.

I always stay here for city breaks. The staff gave me currency advice on my first visit. It's perfect with Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour services. Plus, I love the pool, fitness center, and spa. The room has a TV, and the food is delicious. It's just right for me.

the service was outstanding, staff very pleasant, and the place was spotless. from housekeeping to check-in, everyone was polite. the complex offered a Vegas-like feel without the bright lights, with cool features like waterfalls and art on the ceiling. the convenience of the arena being on-site was a bonus, along with a variety of restaurants and the ease of getting hotel info and keys via text.

My recent stay at Mohegan Sun was absolutely fantastic! I stayed for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the lobby to my room. Speaking of the room, I was lucky enough to stay in a Sky Cove Suite and let me tell you, it was breathtaking. The spacious room and bathroom were immaculate, and the mini bar and toiletries provided were a nice touch. The views from the room were gorgeous, and although there wasn't much nearby, there was plenty to see and do within the resort. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious dining experience at MJ Steakhouse and the fun adult-themed comedy show at Comix.

But I do recommend this hotel.

Vegas feel, convenient location, variety of restaurants, text-based check-in, car valet service.
