I was thrilled to go on a spontaneous trip and chose to stay at a luxurious five-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, as well as close to shopping centers and other popular attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious and offered a variety of choices. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. The only downside was a minor issue with the broken handrail in the shower room.

Stayed here for a romantic escape and loved it! The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We also had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, which was a great bonus. The pool area and lobby were luxurious, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

There were a couple of kinks that could be worked out. The housekeeping service was a bit unreliable, with our room not being serviced until late in the afternoon.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. the complimentary bicycle rentals were a nice bonus.

The food and drinks were overpriced.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a great pool right on the beach and amazing shopping options nearby. The lobby and bar area were beautifully renovated, creating a stunning atmosphere. the staff provided fantastic service, with special mention to the Room Operations Manager for their exceptional assistance.

One major downside was the room size, which did not match the high price point. there were some issues with credit card transactions and the management did not handle the situation well, leaving guests feeling frustrated and unsupported.

Great beach views, friendly and professional staff, excellent service, beautiful facilities, breathtaking ocean view, live entertainment.

Felt safe and secure, nothing to complain about.

The pool was awesome with a sick view of the beach. The hotel had this rad thing called the Photography Concierge where professional photographers took the most epic pics of us with cool backgrounds. Plus, we went to Sawgrass Recreation Park and rode an airboat through the Everglades - so gnarly!

The only thing that could've been better for us party animals is if there were more late-night activities at the hotel. A dope club or something would have been the cherry on top of our wild vacation.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Ease of beach access with helpful beach staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent food from breakfast to dinner. Beautiful hotel inside and out.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with a really lovely piece of the beach and really close to all the South Beach attractions. The hotel facilities were luxurious, with a beautiful poolside and lobby area. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was exceptional, always making me feel like an important guest. The Ritz-Carlton level of service was evident, with Paulo in the beach restaurant/bar and Shei in events management going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and relaxed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the assistance of the Ritz beach staff was fantastic. The bed in our room was the most comfortable we've ever experienced. And the food, from breakfast to dinner, was excellent, never disappointing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby greeted us with a heavenly scent, and every time we returned, we were filled with joy. the location was perfect, close to the beach and all amenities. the staff, from Mr Sinan at the front desk to the concierge and the lady who helped us retrieve a lost camera, book a car rental, and provided fantastic dining and sightseeing tips, were all extremely helpful and friendly. the beach and pool were well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had an amazing time at this hotel in South Beach. The staff made us feel special and relaxed, going above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The hotel's facilities were great, and we loved the ease of access to the beach from the pool area. The beach staff greeted us with a warm welcome and helped with setting up chairs, umbrellas, and even brought us ice. The location was perfect, just in front of the beach, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent, and the most impressive part was the incredibly comfortable bed in our room. this hotel exceeded our expectations and is definitely a place we would love to stay at again.
