Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and relaxed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the assistance of the Ritz beach staff was fantastic. The bed in our room was the most comfortable we've ever experienced. And the food, from breakfast to dinner, was excellent, never disappointing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel in South Beach. The staff made us feel special and relaxed, going above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The hotel's facilities were great, and we loved the ease of access to the beach from the pool area. The beach staff greeted us with a warm welcome and helped with setting up chairs, umbrellas, and even brought us ice. The location was perfect, just in front of the beach, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent, and the most impressive part was the incredibly comfortable bed in our room. this hotel exceeded our expectations and is definitely a place we would love to stay at again.

The Ritz-Carlton in Miami Beach provided an exceptional experience for our stay. The beautiful lobby bar, pool area, and restaurants created a luxurious atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking ocean view from our balcony. The service at the pool, spa, and Club Level was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed and special. The food served in the Club was delicious and diverse, with a wide choice of beverages. The hotel's attention to detail, such as 24-hour pool access, added to our enjoyment. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful property and attentive staff.

Although our stay was wonderful, we did encounter a few minor issues. Housekeeping initially arrived early but failed to return later as requested. Additionally, the room lacked practicality with limited storage space and a small bathroom. These small details did not significantly detract from our overall experience.

I stayed at a luxurious hotel in South Beach that was near all the stores and right on Miami Beach. The room was beautifully decorated and the marble bathroom was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and beach were both amazing. The breakfast buffet was great and the service was fast and accommodating. it was a perfect location with wonderful facilities.

Some guests were allowed to engage in inappropriate activities at the pool, which took away from the enjoyment of other guests.

The hotel we stayed at on our New Year's getaway was amazing! They offered complimentary champagne and a seafood tower on New Year's Eve, which was fantastic. The location was also perfect because it was close to all the restaurants and nightlife. Additionally, we loved the rooftop pool and bar, which gave us a beautiful view of the city.

We were disappointed to discover that there were hidden fees on our final bill that we didn't anticipate. The resort fee and valet parking fees, combined with high food and drink prices, added up quickly. We also experienced an issue with a wrongful charge on our credit card, but the hotel staff didn't handle it well.

Additionally, the room lacked practicality with a small closet and limited drawer space. Lastly, the charging outlets on the nightstand weren't working initially, but the engineering team fixed them promptly. these were minor inconveniences and didn't significantly affect my stay.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is extremely accommodating, fulfilling all my luxurious needs. The spa and wellness center is up to par with exclusive amenities such as a relaxing sauna, invigorating Jacuzzi and refreshing outdoor swimming pool with amazing beach access. The restaurant offers delicious in-room breakfast, special diet menus, and private facilities without any hassle.

My stay was a little disrupted by the loud construction in the pool area. Although it didn't drastically affect my experience, it was a minor issue that should have been pre-warned. Despite this, the location advantage of being right on the beachfront with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas more than made up for it.
