The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the excitement! The rooftop bar has the most AMAZING views you could ever wish for. Plus, the room was cozy, and a coffee maker made my mornings so much better!

Perfectly situated near Times Square and many attractions

Staying on the 24th floor offered an incredible view directly facing Times Square, making it easy to soak in the vibrant atmosphere while enjoying comfortable accommodations and great room service; we were just a short stroll away from iconic attractions like Broadway, The Museum of Modern Art, and Bryant Park, which all added to our weekend exploration, but we did find the absence of a coffee pot in the room a bit inconvenient, especially for early morning wake-up calls.

So, we get to this hotel and are slapped with a surprise $460 deposit at check-in. Plus, the elevator situation was a nightmare—only one was working during our entire stay, leading to frustratingly long wait times. Total letdown!

Fabulous location. Stunning views of Times Square. The rooftop bar has a vibrant atmosphere. the restaurant experience left much to be desired. Our waiter was rushed and dismissive, which soured our meal. the cleaning staff and door personnel were exceptional—attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit smaller than anticipated. With some service adjustments, this place has great potential.

The room was lovely, with a good size that felt spacious for NYC standards. The bed was incredibly comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. I faced east over the Hudson River, enjoying an amazing view. The room was quiet, but the wall thickness could be improved as I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. Lighting was insufficient, making it difficult for three of us to get ready simultaneously. Temperature control was effective, and on request, a coffee machine was promptly provided. The bathroom was nice and well maintained, adding to my comfort.

Would have extended the stay

Amazing location right by Times Square! Super clean with friendly staff. We got a room with 2 beds for no extra cost. The views were incredible! The room had everything - AC, mini fridge, nice shower, and comfy beds. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Fitness center available too.
