The location was perfect for enjoying the middle of Saratoga Springs. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet heat. The Spring restaurant offers great wine and cocktail selections. The check-in process is straightforward and the front desk staff are attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are clean and provide all the necessary resources, including a microwave and refrigerator. The facility has a clean fitness area and access to the pool. The presence of a Starbucks on-site is convenient for those looking for a morning pick-me-up. the service is exceptional and the hotel staff met all expectations.

We recently stayed at Hilton again and had a wonderful experience. The location is exceptional, allowing us to easily walk everywhere. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a good size. Although the beds were too soft for our liking, the staff at Hilton were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleased with our stay overall.

I recently stayed at The Saratoga Hilton for a few days and had a fabulous experience. The hotel was clean and spacious, with convenient access to shopping, area sites, and restaurants. The staff, including the waitstaff, were lovely and accommodating. Whenever we needed something, whether it was extra towels or a different remote, it was quickly brought to our room. The location of the hotel was awesome, and the on-site restaurant was amazing. it was a great stay.

Comfortable room with good amenities. The AC was very cold, but I managed to adjust the temperature by turning on the heat. The location was great, allowing me to explore Broadway and find a wonderful place for dinner. The hotel staff, especially Zane, was helpful and attentive. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to downtown and all its cute shops and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The distance from the parking area to the front desk was ridiculously long, and having to drag our suitcases all the way was exhausting. To make matters worse, there were eight steps to climb just to reach the front desk, with no alternative option for those with mobility issues.

Great location, easy walk to downtown shops, and felt safe with gated parking. Our room was conveniently located near the elevator, ice machine, and pool area. we had a comfortable stay despite the loud AC and thin walls. I would recommend this hotel for its location and convenience.
