My partner and I recently stayed at a charming inn in Ivoryton for a quick weekend getaway. Our experience at Copper Beech Inn was absolutely delightful. The staff at the bar, restaurant, and throughout the inn were exceptional, providing top-notch service. Our room in the Comstock House was beautiful and luxurious, complete with a deck where we could relax. Housekeeping was attentive and the daily tidying made us feel pampered. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore nearby historic towns, and the breakfast included in our stay was delicious. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing time at Copper Beech Inn for our wedding. The food and rooms were fantastic. The event coordinator, Claudia, ensured everything ran smoothly. The after party with the fire pit and s'mores was a highlight. Despite a few minor issues, overall, I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion.

I recently stayed at the lovely Copper Beech Inn for a couple of nights. The check-in process was a breeze, and they had already fulfilled my request for 2 extra pillows. The location of the inn is perfect, with easy access to charming towns like Old Saybrook, Chester, Deep River, and Essex. The room I stayed in, called the Comstock House, was beautiful and luxurious, with a cozy deck and comfortable chairs. Housekeeping was provided daily, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast at the inn was delicious, and I also enjoyed a great dinner there one night.

The breakfast was outstanding and included in the price. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and activities in the surrounding area.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the bathroom door was difficult to open and close, and there were signs of water damage in the room.

The hotel was close to everything and conveniently located down the hill to all the beautiful beaches along the CT shore. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. Parking was easy and convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Disappointed that the deck was not accessible due to ongoing work. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the outdoor space.

This cozy inn is in a historical area and is conveniently located for exploring the CT shore. The common areas of the inn are beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast is delightful, with options like potatoes Rosti on offer. Many attractions in the area are nearby, making it easy to plan your stay.

During our stay, we had a gluten-free requirement, and the staff and chef were very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The room could have used more lighting, especially at the desk.

I had a fantastic stay at this inn. The room I stayed in was beautiful, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The daily housekeeping service was a nice touch, with fresh towels and a tidy room every day. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to historic towns like Essex and the Ivoryton Playhouse, where I enjoyed a great summer production. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Thomas, were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do during my visit.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious meals, with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful garden area where guests could relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The building was in need of maintenance, both inside and out, with dated decor and coffee stains on the woodwork. The narrow and steep stairway made it difficult to carry suitcases, and the staff seemed unfriendly and poorly trained.
