The city view I received was essentially an alleyway, which was disappointing since I was hoping for a more vibrant scenery. Additionally, I found the staff's responses to inquiries unhelpful, particularly regarding the rooftop reservation policy, as I felt I should have been informed about the limitations on happy hour discounts.

the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit much at times. but the hot cocoa in the lobby was a fun surprise. the beachfront views from the balcony were fantastic. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the cafe.

absolutely ONE would think that a hotel of this caliber would have a pool or hot tub! instead, I was shocked to find extremely noisy rooms, like listening to a horror movie all night. Not to mention the carpets felt grimy—really? I almost considered leaving a good review, but just couldn't!

i almost thought this hotel might be decent until i discovered the thumping music from the nightclub kept me up all night. also, it’s shocking how they don’t offer a pool despite the high room prices. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for my 'troubles' but nope, just the same old nonsense here.
