My stay at this Miami hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and hospitality.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Upon arrival at Viajero Miami, I was immediately impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my group of 25 women had a smooth and enjoyable check-in process. One particular staff member, who I believe was named Bose, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He took the time to show us different room options when my mom's terrace suite didn't meet our expectations, and we ended up switching to a beautiful alternative. The rest of the rooms were also in great condition and ready for us.

The room at Viajero Miami felt like a cozy home away from home with its lovely balcony that's perfect for tanning, offering a peaceful retreat from the heat outside. The warm and welcoming check-in experience made me feel instantly at ease, and the attentive service throughout my stay was a delight.

Although the three pools were a great feature, the temperature of the water was a bit disappointing, being too warm and more like a hot bath.

I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at Viajero. The room was clean and comfy, plus it came with all the essentials like towels and toiletries. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. And the staff? They were super friendly and always ready to help.

The morning meal could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety would be nice.

The interior design of the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Ocean Drive. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of Miami Beach and steps away from South Beach, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy the bar scene. The renovated bathrooms are impressive and the staff is helpful. There's a pool and a room with a view.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in South Beach. The room on the 4th floor penthouse was spacious, clean, and had comfortable king size beds. The bathroom was large and the shower had multiple shower heads/options. We also loved the huge private balcony with loungers and a table/chairs/umbrellas. The staff was wonderful, especially Nate at the pool bar and the manager. The Swizzle speakeasy bar was incredible with top-notch staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and within walking distance to the beach. The bustling nightlife in the area made it so convenient for us to explore and have a great time. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome from check-in to check-out. The service was top-notch, with the bell staff/porter assisting us with our luggage and the staff handling our requests in an extremely friendly manner. The room itself was fantastic, with a spacious layout and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. The amenities provided were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a terrace. We also appreciated the curtains on the bunk beds, which allowed for added privacy.
