The hotel had comfortable beds and a large bathroom, which made our stay enjoyable. The rooftop bar offered great city views and added a nice touch to our experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to main attractions such as Canal Street, the French Quarter, and the Superdome.

Cleanliness could be improved in both the rooms and dining area. There was also a lack of wardrobe space, especially for rooms booked for three people.

The staff at the Troubadour Hotel were exceptional. The guy who escorted us to our room was friendly and professional, making us feel truly welcome. He added a personal touch to our stay that we appreciated. the service was top-notch.

The hotel itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was amazing and made me want to remodel my own bathroom at home. The location, though not in the heart of the action, was still just a short walk to the French Quarter. The rooftop bar, Monkey Board, offered stunning views and a great ambiance. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our weekend stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to famous sites in the area. Additionally, we loved the delicious entrees served at the on-site restaurant.

We were disappointed with the service at the bar downstairs, as we felt ignored and had to wait a long time to be served. The lack of options, especially for vegan/vegetarian guests, on the restaurant menu was also a downside. It would be great if they could offer complimentary lemonade and wine on the rooftop, and improve the customer service training for the bar staff.

The room design is perfect, clean, and quiet. The air conditioning works well. It's conveniently located near the French Quarter and Canal Street, within walking distance. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The ambiance with music in the elevator and entryway is nice.

The hotel was fantastic for my stay in the city. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed like a nice shower, a good view, and basic amenities like towels and linens. The staff were courteous and offered great service. The price was very reasonable for the location, and I felt like I got good value for my money.

My recent stay at Troubadour Hotel was fantastic. I was in New Orleans for a few days of leisure and exploration. The hotel was impressively clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Troubadour burger, it's a must-have! The rooftop bar on the upper floor was a great spot to unwind at night, providing stunning views. The shower in my room was so amazing that it made me want to remodel my own bathroom at home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it allowed easy access to Bourbon Street while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The high desk in the room was a nice touch, perfect for working with convenient power plugs right by the side. The hotel's trendy decor and aesthetics were visually pleasing, making my stay even more enjoyable. The concierge and desk staff were helpful, and the valet staff was efficient. a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay and loved the location which was very close to everything - the famous Superdome stadium was only a 10 minute walk away, and the French Quarter was also within easy reach. The front desk staff were always upbeat and welcoming, while our clean and comfortable room was tastefully decorated and had a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which had a great ambiance and a lovely view of the city.

The valet service was a bit unattentive and we had to ask for it on a few occasions.
