The hotel had comfortable beds and a large bathroom, which made our stay enjoyable. the rooftop bar offered great city views and added a nice touch to our experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to main attractions such as Canal Street, the French Quarter, and the Superdome.

Cleanliness could be improved in both the rooms and dining area. There was also a lack of wardrobe space, especially for rooms booked for three people.

We were disappointed with the service at the bar downstairs, as we felt ignored and had to wait a long time to be served. the lack of options, especially for vegan/vegetarian guests, on the restaurant menu was also a downside.

The shower in my room was so amazing that it made me want to remodel my own bathroom at home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it allowed easy access to Bourbon Street while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The high desk in the room was a nice touch, perfect for working with convenient power plugs right by the side. The hotel's trendy decor and aesthetics were visually pleasing, making my stay even more enjoyable. The concierge and desk staff were helpful, and the valet staff was efficient. a fantastic experience.
