The location of the hotel was ideal, placing me in the heart of downtown San Diego. Its central position allowed me to easily explore all the major attractions of the city. Additionally, the hotel's bar was a delightful surprise, serving outstanding martinis that I couldn't get enough of. The breakfast at the restaurant was also a highlight, providing a delicious start to my day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything put away and the rooms spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the fitness center, which was one of the best we've seen in a hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and close to all the attractions, including the vibrant Gaslamp area. The staff were amazing, providing great service and making us feel special. Our water glasses never emptied, and we even received tasty samples while waiting for our order. The valets and housekeeping staff were friendly and nice.

We recently had a romantic escape in a beautiful hotel in downtown San Diego. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern decor that we loved. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a step-in shower and rainfall shower head. We were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. And to top it off, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The toilet paper provided was of low quality and quite rough, which was a bit disappointing.

The lobby decor was trendy and beautifully done, with chic dark blues and golds. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to the Gaslamp Quarter and across from a lovely park. Additionally, I enjoyed the friendly and courteous staff who made me feel welcome during my stay.

Also, the room layout felt cramped and the bathroom was not spacious enough for two people to use at the same time.

The lack of clarity regarding the benefits offered to Bonvoy Platinum members, particularly the breakfast options. The issue with billing for breakfast was eventually resolved, but the hotel could do a better job of explaining these benefits to ensure a smoother experience for elite members.
