This hotel was the perfect choice for my husband's birthday getaway. We loved the attention to detail - the incredible bathroom in the suite with its exquisite shower, the friendly service of the staff and the great value for money. The location was also perfect as we could walk to everything we wanted to see in the area. The breakfast was also delicious and the Wi-Fi worked great.

Additionally, the staff is exceptional and provides top-notch customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities, and we loved the garden furniture outside.

The building is stunning and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the unique details throughout the hotel. The staff at the front desk, especially Rae, were exceptionally friendly and made sure we had a great time. The restaurant, Katherine's Bistro, was fabulous with an amazing chef and friendly waitstaff.

The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, bicycle hire and more at our disposal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly welcomed. The room amenities were excellent, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel even had a garden furnished with lovely seating where we could relax and enjoy the outdoors. We were also impressed with the wide range of dining options, with a restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar all on site. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel also offered a spa and wellness center, perfect for some much-needed relaxation. The overall experience was exceptional, and we would definitely recommend this place to our family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful renovations of the old bank building, the amazing staff who were extremely helpful, and the variety of facilities including the basement vault turned into a rec room with basketball court, bowling, and pool. The fitness center was also impressive with great equipment. We loved the extra perks like free wine during happy hour and live music in the restaurant. The location was convenient, being close to local businesses and entertainment options in the downtown area.

The location was perfect, as there were over a dozen good restaurants in the area. It was also in a pleasant area, close to a park where we felt very safe.

The lobby was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and a friendly front desk staff. the room was spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a cool art piece above the bed. the bathroom was modern and had great amenities, including a fantastic shower with strong water pressure. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

The wallpaper in the room was a bit messy and there were some grout lines in the shower that needed cleaning. the noise from slamming doors in the hallway was a bit bothersome.

Great Thanksgiving get-away, the food was good and restaurant staff very pleasant. Huge, clean room with feather pillows and comfy bed. the free parking and Wi-Fi were also appreciated.

Noisy hotel, with so much street noise it was hard to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning system was outdated, that the heater worked loudly all the time and made the room very dry.
