This place was in a great location, close to downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff here was wonderful, providing top-notch customer service. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The rooftop swimming pool and bar offered stunning views of the city. We also appreciated the complimentary lavender essential oil in the room.

The room was immaculate, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the staff were attentive and regularly checked in via text to ensure my needs were met.

I had a negative experience with additional charges being added to my bill without my consent. Despite notifying the front desk at check out, I was charged for a meal I did not have.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool provided a great view of the city, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff, especially the workers at the bars, were attentive and friendly. The in-house restaurant, Stella San Jac, was one of my favorites in the downtown area. The location was perfect, with easy access to taxis and walking distance to the nightlife of this city.

We loved the atmosphere and the friendly receptionist at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the restaurant where we had a delicious burger. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, like when they surprised us with complimentary drinks and a chocolate cheesecake to celebrate our friend's birthday. The location was convenient, with most sights and Rainey Street within walking distance, and there was a Catholic church nearby.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a Catholic Church within walking distance. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was wonderful about getting me in a room until we eventually found my reservation.

This hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to a Catholic church and the trendy Domain area of the city. Our room had a lovely view of downtown Austin and included the usual excellent Westin beds. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.

Loving the complimentary miniatures and cozy ambiance of this hotel. the location is spot on, in the heart of downtown with plenty of nearby eateries. the rooftop with live music nightly was the best part!

We found that the rooms lacked proper sound insulation, making it difficult to relax due to loud street and neighboring noise. the rooftop pool and bar were quite crowded and not ideal for a romantic escape.
