This place was in a great location, close to downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff here was wonderful, providing top-notch customer service. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The rooftop swimming pool and bar offered stunning views of the city. We also appreciated the complimentary lavender essential oil in the room.

The hotel staff, especially the workers at the bars, were attentive and friendly. The in-house restaurant, Stella San Jac, was one of my favorites in the downtown area. The location was perfect, with easy access to taxis and walking distance to the nightlife of this city.

The location was convenient, with most sights and Rainey Street within walking distance, and there was a Catholic church nearby.

The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was wonderful about getting me in a room until we eventually found my reservation.

This hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to a Catholic church and the trendy Domain area of the city. Our room had a lovely view of downtown Austin and included the usual excellent Westin beds. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.

We found that the rooms lacked proper sound insulation, making it difficult to relax due to loud street and neighboring noise. , the rooftop pool and bar were quite crowded and not ideal for a romantic escape.
