I recently stayed at The Westin Buckhead for business and enjoyed my time there. The location was ideal, with a nice view and spacious room. Being right next to Lenox Mall, I had everything I needed within walking distance. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, especially Mandy Dupree at the Palm. Her professionalism and top-notch drinks made my evenings enjoyable. Spending $500 at her bar was well worth it.

This place is in a very convenient area. The location is perfect, directly across the street from a shopping mall and surrounded by lots of great restaurants. The staff at the reception desk was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar made my stay even better.

I had some issues with the room service, as there was no late menu available. It would have been helpful, especially for international business travelers like myself, to have the option to order food at unconventional hours. However, I would still recommend this hotel to families.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, inviting, and had a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the amazing shower head. The hotel's location was perfect, with a great area surrounding it. We felt safe with the requirement of using our room key to access the elevator. The valet men were also incredibly sweet. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Can't wait to visit again!

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Buckhead. The staff member, Lashawn, warmly greeted us and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion. She went above and beyond by upgrading our room for a better view. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location. The downstairs bar was also a wonderful addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

The hotel is in a great shopping area with lots of wonderful restaurants to enjoy, and it's very convenient. The service is great, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms, including those with 2 beds, have comfortable beds, which ensures a good night's sleep for everyone. One more plus is that breakfast is included, which saves some money.

Room service was a bit slow and overlooked my glass of wine, but the hotel compensated me, so all was good.

This hotel is strategically located within a busy area near shopping centers like Lennox mall, freeway entrances and diverse restaurants. The room is spacious, clean and has comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing exceptional service to attendees of events and guests. They also offer a free breakfast buffet on the club floor with ample options. The MARTA station is a block away and provides an easy and fast way to access the city.

Room reservations may not be efficiently handled, causing confusion and frustrating delays.
