The hotel offered excellent amenities and friendly staff. The location was convenient, close to the airport and other attractions. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service, which was a great bonus for easy transportation.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to expectations and there were some maintenance issues with the air conditioning.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean rooms, quiet floor, and the amazing rooftop pool. The gym was well-equipped, and the comfortable bed with both feather and non-feather pillows was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even provided toiletries when we were stranded at DFW airport. The breakfast was sensational and the front desk staff made check-in smooth and trouble-free. the facilities and service were top-notch, making it an excellent choice for lodging.

The property was incredibly clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. The rooftop workout facility was top notch. The small rooftop pool was nice for a little swim in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. The extra touches like lavender oils to use before sleeping and headphones in the workout facility put this hotel over the top.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great added bonus. The dining options at this hotel were outstanding, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and even a snack bar. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The swimming pool and fitness center were top-notch, and I was also able to indulge in a relaxing massage. The rooftop pool was a great feature, although I unfortunately didn't have time to use it. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and quality of service.
