Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was a real letdown, with reports of hair in beds and dirty floors that made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was poorly managed. during peak hours, items like bacon and potatoes ran out quickly, leading to long waits and disappointed guests. Additionally, the elevators were problematic—one was out of service, and the functional one was slow, causing frustration during busy times. Maintenance issues like leaky air conditioners and patchy decor were also noted, making it feel like the place needed a bit of TLC.

We rode the Fun Time Trolley to Dollywood and loved all the rides. The fire pits outside were nice for evening hangouts, and the hot tub was a highlight. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good, just be ready for busy mornings when the hotel is full.

Had an issue with breakfast. when we went, they had run out of food, and it took a while to replenish. It seemed like they should manage food better during peak hours.

We stayed for a couple nights and had some great moments. The breakfast lady was awesome and really hustled keeping everything fresh! One of the employees even helped me out with finding a notary, which was a lifesaver since banks were closed. The place was clean, and I loved how convenient it was to get to attractions!

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the location and amenities offered.

i had a relaxing holiday at holiday inn express, which exceeded my expectations compared to past stays in pigeon forge. the breakfast had excellent choices, and the hot swimming pool was a fun perk for my family. we enjoyed our time by the fire pits with warm drinks after exploring the area.

The staff really made our stay special! The breakfast ladies kept everything fresh, and our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. We enjoyed easy access to Dollywood, where the kids loved the rides. A highlight was definitely riding the Fun Time Trolley around town.

My wife says that the beds were too high for our little ones.
