The room we stayed in was fantastic! It was clean, quiet, and had modern fixtures and furnishings. the staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast provided was a standout with hot and freshly prepared food. the biscuits and cheese omelettes were my favorites. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location and affordable price added to the overall positive experience.

One negative aspect was the lack of communication about the renovations taking place at the hotel. It would have been helpful to know beforehand.

Located in the heart of the city, we were able to access amazing attractions and dining options without driving much. The hotel was well-maintained and staff were very friendly, and provided suitable recommendations for outings. Our comfortable room had ample supplies and was recently updated. Having the option to unwind at the clean pool and hot tub after a long day of trekking was a bonus. Breakfast offered various options that fulfilled our cravings.

Some rooms may have stronger room deodorizers than others.

I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge for a weekend getaway with my family. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant smell upon entering the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We all enjoyed the pool, and my husband and I found the hot tub to be relaxing. Despite the hotel being fully booked for New Year's Eve, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The location was convenient, and the staff was incredibly helpful with all our needs. The jacuzzi tub in our room was a great bonus!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! This place is in the centre of the headboard and very close to everything, especially the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent service, from the late check-in to the tours/ticket assistance. The room was clean and had great amenities like in-room air conditioning, microwave, and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. The breakfast was delicious, and the picnic area/tables were convenient for us to enjoy our meals.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge for a few nights. The staff was great, very nice and professional. The room was extremely clean, and I felt safe the entire time. The location was perfect, close to everything but without the noise. I absolutely loved the fireplace in our room, it added a cozy touch. The bed was very comfy, and my 10-year-old said the couch bed was okay. They even provided breakfast, which was a nice surprise.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to everything in the area. The service provided by the staff was great, they were friendly and attentive. We especially loved the spa bath and shower in our room, it was a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including omelets which we enjoyed.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to the main street and a back road to avoid traffic. the pool area was clean and the fact that it had salt water instead of chlorine was a nice touch. I also appreciated the option of having soft and firm pillows for a comfortable night's sleep.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. There was a little bit of mold in the shower area, which could be improved.
