I had an incredible night's sleep on the Heavenly Bed, really felt like a cloud! The front desk staff was genuinely welcoming and prepped me for local adventures. Shula's on-site was a hit!

However, I ran into a hassle with my room key, required multiple trips to the front desk. Also, breakfast seemed to take forever to arrive. It could definitely use some speed!

The location is superb, close to vibrant bars and dining options. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night for this light sleeper.

Unfortunately, the HVAC unit was a bit noisy at times.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. First off, the room featured a miniature ironing board that was nothing short of cumbersome, and the hair dryer in the bathroom was practically a toy with no heat and minimal speed—what a joke! Additionally, I encountered issues with my room key not working multiple times, forcing me to repeatedly trek to the front desk, which was unbelievably frustrating. I've stayed at many hotels, and I expected far better quality and functioning amenities for the price I paid.

Woke up every day to a clean, well-kept environment. The staff were incredibly friendly, even remembering my name! Shula’s Steakhouse offered delicious meals that elevated our experience.

It required a bit of searching, which was frustrating.

I recently stayed at The Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North and appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the exceptional comfort of the bed. The staff were attentive, providing me with helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, and Shula's 347 Grill served delicious meals that truly enhanced my experience.

Minor maintenance issues need attention.

The hotel is in a great spot, making it easy for our crew of teenagers to hit places like the Central Florida Zoo and theme parks nearby. After a long day, we appreciated the spacious rooms and comfy beds, perfect for recharging.

My kids wished there was a complimentary breakfast for families.

This place suits me perfectly with helpful staff, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how they helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the welcoming bar/lounge area. I’m coming back for a business trip!
