The hotel offered clean rooms with nice amenities like a fridge. The breakfast was impressive, and the staff, especially Jeyralin, went above and beyond. Shuttle service was convenient. A minor issue with soft pillows was quickly fixable. A recommended stay near the airport.

During our recent stay in Seattle for a shopping trip, we found the hotel to be very comforting and clean. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by Nicole at the front desk and the helpful shuttle service that took us to and from dinner. The staff, especially Devon, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality service provided by the staff during my stay at this hotel. However, the outdated decor and moderately comfortable beds were noticeable drawbacks.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave was delightful. The room was equipped with a comfortable Hampton bed and had convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave, making my stay exceptionally convenient. The Hilton Honors perks also added a special touch, offering a higher level of service and comfort.
