Wonderful location and breakfast experience

The Walden's location is truly fantastic, allowing easy access to attractions in Pigeon Forge. I particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast, which added a delightful start to our days.

Perfect base for exploring Pigeon Forge and nearby attractions

This hotel is surrounded by so many fun things to do, with exciting spots like Tomb Egyptian Adventure just a short 100 meters away and amazing dining options like No Way Jose's Cantina just 80 meters away; I loved being able to stroll around and easily explore all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, like taking a nice walk to the Smith Family Show, which was only 900 meters away, while enjoying the comfy rooms and friendly staff, although the bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning attention.

Everything felt fresh and modern as soon as I walked in. The indoor pool was such a treat after a day of exploring! Plus, the friendly staff made me feel right at home.

Great indoor pool and fitness center. Check-in took too long.

The location was excellent and close to attractions. We had issues with the cleanliness of the room; the sheets were dirty upon arrival. Great golf course nearby, but the staff could be more welcoming.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus a lovely lobby serving free coffee and flavored water. The room was spacious and modern, featuring a huge TV, fridge, Keurig, and a cozy balcony. Breakfast had great options like eggs and waffles, though it seemed to have lost some variety over time. cleanliness issues were a letdown—stains on sheets and a dirty floor upon arrival sparked concern. The pool could use some attention, but the overall vibe was nice. Perfect for families, just wish for better housekeeping standards.

The staff genuinely care about your stay. The breakfast is surprisingly impressive, even better than some local restaurants. Balconies provide a relaxing spot to unwind.

Great location with walking access to food and entertainment. Room was comfy with air conditioning, a microwave, TV, and private bathroom. Loved the hot tub in the pool area. The staff was super nice. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, which was awesome. Free flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch.

Super nice spot in the heart of Pigeon Forge! Loved the free breakfast with biscuits and gravy, plus the staff was super friendly. The room had a cozy bed and even a small balcony to chill on. Only thing is, I found some hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours, so the cleaning could use a little more attention.

The room had frayed carpets and peeling wallpaper, and the view from the balcony was just a wall of trash. It definitely felt more run-down than I expected.

The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and welcoming.
