From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. the receptionist greeted us warmly, and the bellboy was extremely helpful. the restaurant, Porat, served us a delicious vegetarian meal prepared by an amazing chef. Our room, which had been upgraded to a sea view, was beautiful and provided a fantastic view of the surroundings. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, with it being just a short 2-minute walk from the city center and Old Town. Plus, the fact that parking was included in the price was a huge bonus, especially considering how difficult it is to find parking in Dubrovnik. We were even allowed to check in early, subject to availability.

Inconsistent service from cleaning staff, who tried to clean our room early in the morning. Poor service levels in the restaurant, with delayed orders and limited tea supplies.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make us feel special. We requested champagne for a special occasion and they organized a drinks reception, a birthday cake, and even left chocolates on our pillows in the evening. the customer service was truly world-class. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the entrance of the Old Town. the room we were upgraded to was excellent, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful hillside mountain.

The breakfast at the hotel was average. It didn't meet our expectations and was quite minimal.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and convenient parking. The location just outside the city wall was perfect - so close to all the tourist spots. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel well taken care of.

For the money, the Hilton was worth every penny. The room was big and comfy, and the staff treated us like VIPs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city.

We recently had the privilege of staying at this luxurious hotel and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre was the highlight of our stay, the sauna and heated swimming pool provided a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering special diet menus that accommodated our needs. We loved the beautifully decorated treatment rooms and the private facilities which were available to allow maximum relaxation.

the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers made up for this, with the glass ceiling allowing natural light and a feeling of openness.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location, just outside the old town. It was so convenient to have parking available, and even better that it was free in their underground parking lot. The bus stop and taxis were just a few steps away, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and a bakery nearby. Plus, the old fort was practically right across the street! The breakfast buffet, despite the restaurant being closed, was still open and served with impeccable service. The staff took strict hygiene protocols and the buffet was served by staff to limit contact. The room itself was very nice, with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure. The free wifi was a great bonus too!

I recently had the most amazing stay at a well-known hotel in a beautiful city. As a single female traveler, I wanted a secure and comfortable experience, and I found just that at the Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the main attractions. My room was incredibly spacious and had a breathtaking view of the fort and old town. The executive lounge was a great addition, offering a variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. I also want to mention the concierge, who helped me plan an unforgettable trip to Bosnia and Montenegro. Thanks to him, I had an incredible experience. I can confidently say that I would choose the Hilton again without hesitation. It provided everything I needed and more for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the room had a nice view and the pool was a great spot to relax and cool off.

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries or towels and the staff were not very helpful or welcoming.

The Hilton has an excellent location, right beside the Pile Gate and just minutes away from the walls, cable car, and local transport. The executive lounge access was definitely worth it, with a variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a beautiful building with spacious rooms and a lovely pool and sauna. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubrovnik.
